NexusKit is free forever. No credit card, no surprise invoices. Here's how the free tier works and what to expect as you grow.
Overview
NexusKit is designed to be generous for individuals, startups, and small businesses. Every module is free to use within the fair-use limits below. We believe in transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no per-seat charges, no surprise overages. If you exceed a limit, we'll throttle your requests gracefully rather than cutting you off.
Free Tier Limits
These limits apply to every NexusKit account. They're designed to cover the vast majority of use cases without any friction:

What Happens When You Exceed a Limit
Rate limits (API RPM)
You'll receive a 429 Too Many Requests response with a Retry-After header. Wait a few seconds and retry. This is temporary and self-resolving.
Monthly volume limits
Submissions, bookings, and sessions beyond the monthly cap are queued, not dropped. We'll notify you by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit, giving you time to upgrade before any impact.
Email notifications
Emails are sent asynchronously via a queue. If you hit the monthly email cap, new notifications are held until the next billing cycle. No emails are lost.
