Welcome to NexusKit ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our platform, API, and associated services. By accessing or using NexusKit, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering, or using the NexusKit platform, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Services Description

NexusKit provides an API-first ops platform for websites and apps: contact form capture, appointment booking, short links and QR codes, multi-step onboarding flows, and invoicing — each with a REST API and a dashboard UI. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NexusKit. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NexusKit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and materials, are the exclusive property of ZAHA GLOBAL and its licensors. The NexusKit trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ZAHA GLOBAL.

5. Termination

ZAHA GLOBAL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAHA GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZAHA GLOBAL is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
